According to a report in Spotboye, Ram Madhvani has approached Aishwarya Rai Bachchan after Kajol walked out of his project. The film is allegedly going to be the Hindi adaptation of the Dutch TV series Penoza.
The report said that Ash was Ram's first choice but for some reason the project got a bit delayed. Ram was apparently in a hurry and went to Kajol, who first agreed to do the role but later backed out. Ajay Devgn had apparently agreed to do produce the film and even made a big announcement about it being his wife's comeback film after her second pregnancy.
A source was quoted saying, "Ram is very enthu about making the Penoza adaptation with Ash."
After the super success of Neerja, it would be great to see Ash collaborate with Ram for what sounds like an exciting project! More-Info
