Tanmay Bhat's video of a mock conversation between legends Lata Mangeshkar and Sachin Tendulkar has created an uproar with Bollywood celebrities, some of whom have even called it disgusting.
Several political parties have reportedly demanded action against the comedian, and the Mumbai police has even contacted Google and YouTube for blocking the video.
In an interview to Spotboye, Lataji was quoted saying, “I have not seen the video, neither do I have any inclination to do so. I will not comment about it. By the way, I don’t know who is Tanmay Bhat.”
Apparently, even though she is putting up a brave front, people close to her have allegedly claimed that she is extremely disturbed and shocked to see that she was targeted.
Raj Thackeray-led MNS, Chitrapat Sena president Ameya Khopkar, was quoted saying, "The MNS will not allow Tanmay Bhat to conduct shows in the city, and police should arrest him as quickly as possible." More-Info
